  • I've brought projects to well-known shops with high profile builds and smaller shops, with lower rates, where the quality suffered. But I got lucky, when I finally discovered the guys at Metallhaus.Referred by a welder who was moving out of town, what started as a custom header/exhaust job for my 63' Corvette, turned into a full build and they ended up the shop I trust most and am most often impressed by. Metallhaus is that rarity, gifted craftsman who take pride in their work. They're straight and upfront about cost.   • In March of 2013, Jilz Gluten Free began baking gluten free crackers in Ventura, CA. With no equipment available from the baking industry that would handle gluten free dough, we were required to modify existing equipment or design and build our own. We explained to Danny and Jake of Metallhaus what our needs were, and worked with them to manufacture custom equipment that would become the Jilz production line. Their attention to detail and quality of construction is superb, and shows the focus and pride that they put into every project that comes out of their shop.

They have repaired gas tanks, fenders, bent handlebars, etc, etc..., fabricated parts that were collectively designed between myself and them, and figured out how to fix issues that had left me stranded. They have always stood by their work, and never done anything for me that was not absolutely top notch. I highly recommend them for any fabrication or design work. I truly feel that there is nothing they can't do, the best way that it can be done.

Co owner and craftsman Jake Wreesman, has been working with his hands developing, honing, and mastering his skills for over 25 years. With 18 years of experience with welding and metal fabrication, he has directed these skills toward chassis and body design/fabrication.
